A perfect gym that truly cares about its athletes. Friendly and helpful staff. After or during your workout, you can enjoy the delicious juice bar for free, and for those who want, the sauna. They have a wide selection.

A Christmas wish was personally delivered to me. Special! And very much appreciated. It makes me feel special. I get that same feeling when I work out here. All the coaches take me seriously and know me by name. There's a homey atmosphere here, and the best thing about this school is that they keep me motivated with the right advice. A solid 10!

Good gym with a wide variety of equipment and classes (I don't use them myself). Spacious layout, good sound system, and a pleasant temperature. Basic necessities like coffee, tea, and water are included in the somewhat high membership fee. The only things I'd like to see added are a linear hack squat and a lying hamstring curl. Otherwise, fantastic selection.

The whole family recently registered at Sportcentrum Vlaardingen. It's a fantastic gym thanks to the wide range of equipment and classes, but I mainly come for the E-Gym, which makes for an efficient workout. The changing rooms are spacious, hygienic, and have handy lockers. The staff is helpful, friendly, and provides good explanations. We love coming here!

Sports Center Vlaardingen, a fantastic gym! A cozy atmosphere and friendly staff who are happy to chat. Fitness-wise, you have everything you need, and as a bonus, they have some really great group classes. The yoga classes are especially wonderful! Another great feature is the free coffee, tea, etc. I also appreciate the sauna in the locker room, which is wonderful in the winter. There's also ample outdoor parking; there's always a spot for my car. In short: 10/10.
